Lisa - There has indeed been much customer confusion over the area of
include/exclude. I wrote to the publications people a couple
of months ago suggesting an overhaul, and they undertook it and sent
me a proof. (They are very responsive: no one should hesitate to
send feedback to that email address in the front of IBM manuals
whenever you find something that needs attention.) That should appear
in the latest-release manuals, at least, as some point.
