Hi Stefan, there are two more things missing: the catalog file (http://ftp.scc.kit.edu/pub/tsm/mirror/catalog/client/catalog.json) and corrections in the database.
We also don't allow internet access for our TSM or auxiliary servers and therefore have a similar problem getting client deployment to work, however, we use TSMManager and not the OC. I'll send you our documentation on this (in German) off-list. But please keep in mind that it hasn't been made for use with the OC.
