You'll need to change your NFS mount options, or improve the network/storage so that you're not experiencing timeouts. Note that this is just speculation - there isn't enough information to know whether it's the case. You don't say what OS you're using, but NFS timeouts would generally show up somewhere in your system log. Regardless, it's unlikely to be a TSM problem so the solution will also lie elsewhere.
