We need to discontinue one of our servers that is an LM and want to make sure there aren't any gotchas.
The last time I did this many years ago, the process was fairly straightforward (checkout tapes, define library, paths, drives on target server, check-in tapes on target server, redo all definitions on other, Library Client servers). However, back then we weren't encrypting any tapes. Since the Encryption method is "Application Managed" (i.e. the ISP server that writes to the tape maintains the keys), there shouldn't be any issues - right? -- *Zoltan Forray* Spectrum Protect (p.k.a.
