08/07/2019 20:57:20 ANS1592E (RC-362) Failed to initialize SSL protocol.
08/07/2019 20:57:20 ACO5060E A Tivoli Storage Manager API error has
occurred.

The dsierror.log file gives this one additional error line:

08/07/2019 20:57:20 ANS1579E GSKit function gsk_secure_soc_init failed with
406: GSK_ERROR_IO
08/07/2019 20:57:20 ANS9020E A session could not be established with a TSM
server or client agent. The return code is -362.
08/07/2019 20:57:20 ANS1592E Failed to initialize SSL protocol.

All of our storage servers are at 7.1.7 so we have never had the new
certificate based authentication in place. Does anyone know how to fully
uninstall the newer version to get this working again? The BACLIENT work
fine, the error is just on the SQL agent node.
