Folks,

We are currently in the process of building out a S4 Hana environment as an ERP
replacement and I have a requirement from business to retain backups of the S4
databases for the following periods:

Daily incrementals - 30 days
Weekly fulls - 90 days
Monthly fulls - 1 year
Yearly fulls - 7 years

As the TDP for Hana client sends data as archive only and appears to only have
the ability to tweak either:

- retention of archive objects on the SP server
- versions retained on the config file local to the SAP S4 Database

What is my best strategy for delivering on these requirements? Is the new
retention function (One Protect) my best bet for this requirement?

Thanks
