Hello Stefan, one more thought: I assume that the behaviour is because expiration ran on the instance while in the future. Thus, at least some CTL-files got expired and when switching the date back, there are some missing data. VMVERIFYIFLATEST YES in combination with VMVERIFYACTION FORECEFULL in the dsm.opt of the Datamover might solve your problem yet it will start a full backup in this described case. IC33026 addresses the same type of error for an SQL backup and shares some background to this type of error, yet you might have luck in this case with a fullbackup.
