We are moving away from TSM/Spectrum in the coming months. Our annual IBM Spectrum Protect Suite Terabyte annual software subscription and support renewal is due however we are looking to not renew it as we will soon be backing up our servers using a different product. We have been advised in writing (email) by our IBM renewals specialist that we will still be able to use the TSM software once the current software subscription and support contract expires. Has anyone else had experience with this and confirm it is correct?
