With great powers comes great responsibility. As with before, doesn't matter what value you specify, it doesn't mean you will get that many threads or sessions. However, I would thread carefully when going above 10. I'd go up gradually until you hit a point of diminishing return and then scale back. There's no easy math to calculate that magic number, it's trial and error.
