I have at least two TSM4VE servers (on windows 2008r2 running TSM4VE 7.1.2) where several servers per night are failing with the message below. The IBM docs say this happens when someone presses Q twice which is impossible since these are running as a service. Is there a fix for this? A search for this error and for RC=6577 on Google came up empty (just one other person asking what RC=6577 with no answers)
