I think that, If you have any clients that don't report the capacity usage, you have to launch some scripts. If a client archives data and does not also back up that data, the capacity is not included in the front-end capacity measurement that is shown in the Operations Center. However, the size of the archived data must still be applied against your licensed entitlements. Refer to your license information for approved methods of measuring client data that is only archived.
