Hello, We are planning to implement spectrum protect 8.1 in RHEL cluster with 2 nodes for HA reason. The shared SAN storage will be a storwize V5030, with disks for database on SSD and SAS15Krpm for directory container storage pools. Also we will have in near feature a TS3310 for copy container for in site protection.
In the knowledge center there is no configuration examples abount Redhat Enterprise linux clustering (pacemaker). So I am asking if anybody has made this kind of configuration before me. Blueprint linux 3.1 can give some indication only for standard no clustered configuration. Infact for example no LVM configuration is made. One of my question is for example about Database disks: On the storage i will made 4 VDISK (LUN), i shuld put them in unique VG and split after in 4 LV? Or si prefferred to made 4 VG with 1 LV each?
