What causes these messages/delays? How can I increase this timeout value?
The help for ANR3148W is not very helpful.

4/18/2017 6:04:46 AM ANR3148W Process 1172, replicating with process 163 on
server GALAXY, has been inactive for 5 minutes.
4/18/2017 6:34:55 AM ANR3148W Process 1177, replicating with process 394 on
server MOON, has been inactive for 5 minutes.
4/18/2017 7:19:53 AM ANR3148W Process 1178, replicating with process 329 on
server HADES, has been inactive for 5 minutes.
4/18/2017 9:04:43 AM ANR3148W Process 1181, replicating with process 470 on
server WIND, has been inactive for 5 minutes.

I just checked the last process on this list and it is still active on the
source server so I don't know what the issue is?
