David, I run the replicate command after the backup window which for me is 2-5am. The protect storage pool command is scheduled every 6 hours (00:00, 06:00, 12:00, 18:00) which may be overkill, I have been contemplating changing it to twice a day. Regarding the reconcile; been running it manually but after finding that I was missing data target server have decided to schedule it as a weekly task.
