If these tapes are really gone, you know you can't get the data back any
way, and you just want to make TSM forget all about them and purge all the
DB entries for them (and their backed up files), then do:
 DELETE VOL blah DISCARDDATA=YES.

We were able to recover most of our data on destroyed volumes from copypool
data, thus removing the destroyed volumes from the system. However, 5
destroyed volumes still retain a small set of files that TSM was not able to
recover from copypool volumes. How would you remove these volumes from the
