Problem with unsuccesfull registering of licenses was caused by incorrect setting of system date of my RS/6000. Date was set to 19.4.2000 instead of 2001. In license file is intem LicenseStartDate=05/22/2000 LicenseEndDate=12/31/2037 so that I was out of date range of license validity :-)))))))). After correction of system date all run correctly.
