: IBM 3494 Automated Tape Library Information needed

our 3494 is about 2 years old and the roboter is moving the whole day - no
problems. It's a
fantastic machine.

We purchased the box not on the second hand market - but during my mainframe
days most of
our IBM machines were purchased used. Maybe IBM fails in writing good software
(TSM 4.1.2 ;-) )
but they know how to make good hardware!
