Database Backup.

I need to change the settings for the Database Backup. For small changes to the 
database I am getting messages to backup my database.

ANR2121W ATTENTION: More than 37.9648 MB of the database has changed and the last 
database backup was more than 24 hours ago. Use the BACKUP DB command to provide for 
database recovery.

How can I change this so that I do not keep getting this message
