Rainer - Thanks for your warning about even a question mark causing
the problem, and in a non-Windows 4.1.2 client.
It's really sad to see this problem re-surface in Tivoli programming,
as we went through much the same thing way back in 3.1.0.5 (APAR IC21764).
Tivoli's test suite is woefully inadequate if it failed to detect such
a basic problem in backups, particularly given the history of problems
with international characters and Unicode filenames.
