I ran into this with an AS/400 client and what it seemed was that when the
API went to transfer the data to the server it allocated the space in the
diskpool but since the AS/400 first builds a saveobject before it actually
sends the data (which compresses the data) it was larger that what was
allocated in the storagepool.  I was not able to prove this but from looking
at both the actlog and the AS/400 messages that is what it appeared to be.

Toni - That's message ANS1310E, which is obliquely referring
       to the Stgpool MAXSize value, it would seem, if not the
physical capacity of the storage pool.
