There is also 'dsmc show inclexcl'. The "show" commands remain undocumented and
officially unsupported, which is a shame given that this command is vital to
making sense of the combined include-exclude specs in the client options file
and the server cloptset, which has been seen to frequently confuse customers
who look at just the client options file and wonder why include-exclude is not
doing what they expect.
