If you set the estimated capacity at some number, will it fill the tape
beyond that capacity? I am under the impression that it won't.

You will have to manually change the default capacity in your devclass to 40
GB. We noticed that when we upgraded to the 3.7 server we actually dropped
to 10 GB. If you look at the help pages (on 3.7) you will notice that Tivoli
thinks the 3590E-C capacity is only 10 GB. Go figure.
