Any help on the above problem is solicited.
Operating environment of AIX 4.3 server on RS6000 and
IBM 43P/260 clients doing schedule backup along with
other IBM, PC and SUN clients.
Only failure on one specific client IBM 43P/260
TSM 3.7.0 server and corresponding clients running
Message from dsmerror.log on client side:
- on different days when it has failed. The previous
days of the error-date have had the schedules
completing successfully. At the end of the error
messages the client deletes the dsmadmc daemon !!!!!.
- The daemon needs to be re-started on next day to
honor the client schedule.
- The schedule completes for one day and fails next
day.
