Ken,
I am both ADSM 2.1 and TSM 3.7 certified, plus I have several AIX
certifications. The 4.1 objectives are the same as for 3.7. I can tell you
that the 3.7 test was not designed for just TSM administration experience.
Although, day to day administration is a plus, customer requirements and
solution development are very important issues that are often over look in many
implementations. I suggest you study all you can if you have limited
implementation experience.
As for AIX Support, the Study Guide is very helpful.
