Thomas - The Admin Ref manual sure makes that obscure, failing to
         elaborate on its meaning in the context of the command
description.  The glossary in that manual has an entry for
"offsite recovery media", which presumably is what ORM is about.
This involves DRM and the "offsite recovery media manager".
