Take a course, either ours or Tivoli's. Best and quickest way. If you want
good reading, look at the Administrator's Guide.
TSM is different. The basic concepts are different from other backup tools
you are probably familiar with. If you can get somebody to give you a white
board overview of the product, the manuals probably make more sense.
