According to Patrick Boutilier:

I have had this problem, too.
But it happens til today only on my own machine (NT 4 Workstation , SP6a)
and only if I choose another directory for the "remove_after_install" dir,
for example; d:\hugo
After reinstalling the OS the problem was flown away ....
