A redbook just got published recently, called "The IBM LTO Ultrium Tape

We are having the same run of problems with DLT tapes/drives so, after a
lot of soul searching, we decided to get an Anaconda (awaiting delivery).
The decision was based on a mixture of solid technology base, price per GB
and higher capacities published in their Road Map.
The only thing we had to comprimise on was settling on SCSI-Fibre Bridges
to connect the unit to the SAN as they have not yet released a native fibre
version.
