That depends on the installation. Do you have enough scratch tapes to
comfortably get the job done?  If not, you must reclaim tapes. The answer
really depends on the environment you find yourself involved with.

I am curious as to what you all set your reclamation thresholds at.  Mine
are currently holding at 60% and at some sites I have the time to bring it
down even further.  Is it worth it to do so?  When does it become a waste of
time?  I just hate knowing that there are tapes out there that are half
empty that I could be using.
