Has anyone ever been able to use perl dbi and the DBD::ODBC driver to connect to a TSM
database through the TSM ODBC driver? If so, how did you pass account and password
information? If this is not possible, as it seems it may not be, then its not really
ODBC compliant now is it? The TSM ODBC driver, that is.
I think because you can not put user account info into the DSN, that I am not
going to be able to connect with perl as i should be able to. I have tried pssing
them in the perl program itself, but it is not working. Anyone ever tried this and
gotten further?
