ANS4035W File 'fileame' currently unavailable o server.

This is the error msg I get when I do a restore.
I have checked that the tape is checked in, I also ran a q backup on the client
and verified that the file I want to restore was indeed backed up.
The tape status is avail. Not sure what else to check for

I am not sure if I have a problem with the tape.
