ANS4018E (file name too long)

I go this error 'file name tool long' when doing an incremental backup of
the following file :
ANS4018E Error processing '\\pc731\c$\WINNT\Profiles\All Users\Menu
Démarrer\Programmes\Netscape Communicator\Palm Tools\Fichier lisezmoi de
l'outil de synchronisation du carnet d'adresses PalmPilot
d'adre': file name too long

NT client TSM 3.7.2.01
Any solution?
