I have seen this happen, in my case dsm.opt had 127.0.0.1 set for
TCPCLIENTAddress.  After removing this option and restarting the client
scheduler, the scheduled backup worked fine.  Note that this option was not
put in manually, I believe the GUI preference editor added it.
