We have updated the draft agenda to add a slot for "2024-02: IPv6
Initial Allocations /28" in the second session.
The key change is the removal of "Out of region INR registration (see
item F)". There should be some time for initial discussion in the Open
Mic slot at the end. And there's always this list.
