Hi all,

Overall this looks like a well laid out draft that addresses a genuine need.
However, I don't see any connection to ACME nor do I think it fits within
the ACME working group charter.
This is not to say the IETF is the wrong place for this work, merely that
it's better suited in a different working group.

I can't immediately see a working group that this work would fit neatly
into, so as Michael suggested SECDESPATCH is likely the best venue to
figure out where this work fits in the IETF structure.
Do let me know where this work ends up in the IETF, it seems interesting
and I'd like to follow its progress.
