I've caught NIX up to 9front tip of tree. All works. I've backed out one set of changes, to fpu.c.
There's a lingering problem: in the original NIX, at the end of system calls, we had a function, fakeretfromsyscall, which we called on the tcore, as we exited back out to the acore. We've not brought that back in yet, and that is actually why I had to add the poperror in syscall().
