I have an idea of where the common paradigms get in the way, but I need to figure a way - Fermat's style - to condense my thinking into a brief description and I don't think I'm up to the task. But I like to hear about other people's experiences and opinions, even if I tend to seek the weaknesses in other people's arguments, rather that to reinforce them.
