It's unlikely, still QoS may be a factor. But different results here in South Africa (1300 km apart, granted) suggest otherwise. More load related, is my gut feel. The host or the network. Still, you did get consistent results on your side, didn't you. That was the original complaint, one slow host (adapter). Lucio.
