There are, I had to pull them down because I was in danger of
over-running my bandwidth quota, and after the server failure
yesterday I didn't want any more problems. Since they are editable
PDFs, they are large files (the whole package is over 50M). I admit I
completely underestimated the level of interest. I'm working out the
best way of distributing them.

Good question, I think it originally did. Some early feedback I
received was generally of the opinion that space glenda is
``cooler''. I don't quite agree, but it did bias my
thinking a bit as I progressed.

Of course, the whole point of releasing editable PDFs was so that
people could adapt these things to their own purposes and make changes
they thought were appropriate. One obvious need is for versions formatted
for A4 paper stock, rather than just 8½ x 11. Its a little
complicated because some of these layouts bleed off the page and
everything has to be adjusted. I'm happy to do it, but I wanted to
see if there was interest first.
