Is there any particular reason that /sys/src/cmd/bzip2/lib/mkfile pulls in /sys/src/cmd/mksyslib instead of /sys/src/cmd/mklib? And for that matter, is there a reason that libbzip2.a is created when the bzip2 utilities are built but not copied to /$objtype/lib?
