may be found in contrib/tristan/wacom.tgz. there is currently rudimentary support for the intous 2 series of digitizers, with the normal pen and the 4d mouse.
it currently uses mousein(3), which is not at all sufficient to express the full glory of these devices... oh, and you'll need to somehow inhibit kb from automatically managing it.
