Ok.  I'll remove it in the next version.  It was only added as an attempt
to deal with people who do not want to make a second copy of the root.  As
a note, the first version actually installed into /home/tc, but there were
some issues with how TCL is set up and no realistic way to install into
${home}  . The stuff in installed readonly (via squashfs) into /usr/local,
and I have been told that there is no mechanism to install directly into
${home}.

I'll play with this more when I have had some sleep,,,
