for your ahci hba: it appears that i am delinquent in submitting patches. i think that your vid/did combination is not in the sources driver. there are also some other fixes that also need to be applied. i'll try to get this submitted in the next few days.
for your ethernet driver: i'm not sure that i got to the bottom of what's going on with your card. please send a copy of your working driver offline. - erik
