COMMENT:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you to Dan Romascanu for the GENART review.

** Use of draft-kuehlewind-rswg-updates-tag language. The document goes to the
trouble of using this nuanced approach to the update tag, but then
inconsistently applies. For example:

-- Section 4 and 6 are titled “Updating …” and later in the body of the text
use the amends/extends from draft-kuehlewind-rswg-updates-tag to more precisely
described the document relationship. However, Section 5 uses a tag type from
draft-kuehlewind-rswg-updates-tag directly in the title with “Extends …”.

-- Section 8 doesn’t seem to use either amends or extend to explain how the
“Updating …” is occurring.

** Section 10. Editorial. Why are the field descriptions not consistent with
the order in which they appear (i.e., why is exponent and mantissa at the end?)?
