This revision includes the valuable feedback from Pascal and Esko received during IETF 118, particularly addressing Path MTU discovery and bi-directional issues. Additionally, I have started incorporating the SCHC issue for OWC (though it is not yet completed) into this draft. As the editors of this draft, we are planning for WG adoption in IETF 119.
