Based on your comments, I updated the text in section 2.5 but I missed it
in the table in section 2.7.

I agree with your point and I think it should be updated from "health-care
services" to "secure transfer".
Secure transfer includes payment and health-care service, etc.

I will update the draft and re-submit.
