Notice according to section 38 of the 57North Hacklab Ltd. Articles of Association is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will occur on the 20th May 2014 starting at 1930h in the registered office of 57North Hacklab Ltd. at the 3rd Floor, 35a Union Street, Aberdeen.
This meeting will be chaired by Carl Anderson. The meeting will include, according to section 34 of the Articles of Association: * a report by the chair on the activities of the Hacklab; * consideration of the annual accounts of the Hacklab; and * the election/re-election of directors, as referred to in clauses 63 to 65. Any other points of consideration can be submitted to -discuss for discussion or directly to the agenda via GitHub pull request[1].
